Small to medium sized elder living facilities in NZ are facing increasing pressure on margins, staffing, regulations and many other facets, with little to no guidance on succession plans from government. There is intense neglect for the sole and family operator, who have their heart behind their business. We chose instead to create collaborative group to help combine individual operators with access to necessary funding and industry esteem.
